Stacy Birnbach brings over three decades of executive search expertise and a proven history of building high-growth recruitment platforms to Brevage. Her career began in 1988 with Management Recruiters, where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year—a distinction she repeated shortly after in the software sales industry.
In 1993, Stacy transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Health Search International and Clinical Resources. Over the next decade, she scaled these firms into a $14 million enterprise specializing in permanent and contract staffing for the clinical trials industry. Following the successful sale of those firms in 2003, she founded and led Verusuntill 2019, followed by her leadership at Vox.
Today, Stacy leads Brevage with a focus on high-touch, relationship-based execution. Her approach is defined by "Precision Over Volume," leveraging 35 years of market intelligence to connect private equity sponsors and accounting firms with high-performing leadership talent.
